Prices are inclusive of all charges. (water - gas - electricity - heating) per rental period.

 * :  Price for 2 adults or 2 adults and 2 children under 17, Verdoun: supplement of €15 per day for a third or fourth adult person and supplement of €10 for a fifth person.

** : Bellevue: Price for 2 adults, supplement of €15 per day per additional person

Tourist taxes : extra depending on the municipal rate

Animals: (small dogs accepted) 

Supplement of €6.00 per day, long stay package 11 to 21 nights: 60.00 euros

​Final Cleaning :

The maintenance of the apartment during the stay is the responsibility of the resident. A contribution for end-of-stay cleaning will be requested: 

45 € per stay,

65 € for the ground floor of Bellevue and 90.00 euros if the upper floor is occupied)

Cancellations conditions :

In the event of cancellation 1 month or more before the start date of the stay, the deposit paid will be refunded 100%.

In case of cancellation between 30 days and 9 days  before the start date of the stay the 30% deposit will remain with Résidence Les Ecureuils.

In the event of cancellation of the stay 8 days or less before the start date of the stay, the entire stay is due.

In the event of Covid 19 for one of the participants, cancellation up to 7 dayss before arrival is free of charge for the entire reservation.
